Specific duties include but are not limited to

GatesAir seeks a skilled Transmission Regional Sales Manager for the Mexico Region. This person must demonstrate competent knowledge of business development activity and proven sales track record within the territory. They must have experience developing strategic plans to ensure the goals of the organization are met.  This position will be based in Mexico.


You will be responsible for:

  • Achievement of sales revenue target.
  • Management of major customer sales.
  • Management of alternative channel sales (partners) and key customer accounts, being the primary point of contact and owning.
  • Responsibility for the resolution and co-ordination of all sales and technical issues.
  • Sales revenue and pipeline forecasts and prospect tracking.
  • Preparation and dispatch of sales quotations, including service contracts.
  • Preparation and presentation of product sales proposal presentations.
  • To provide accurate and competent knowledge of the full company product range, with basic technical knowledge in order to converse with customers and the technical department in order to resolve customer issues or enquiries.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years Broadcast industry experience coupled with a proven track record in a sales environment within Mexico.
  • Must have experience/knowledge in Transmission.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience developing forecasts, managing pipeline and business plans to achieve assigned goals is essential.
  • Should have a flexible and professional approach to their work at all times.
  • Must be proactive in their business approach.
  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout the region - up to 50%.
