Repair and update customer returned equipment. Document failures on returned equipment. Provide technical support via telephone or in person.
EDUCATION: Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a communications/broadcast company.
EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read schematics and electronic circuitry. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques is required. Must be comfortable talking with customers and providing technical support via telephone and in-person.
