Specific duties include but are not limited to

GatesAir is seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Channel / Sales Manager to fill a role on our Intraplex Products team. This person must demonstrate competent knowledge of business activity within the market and develop strategic plans to ensure that sales goals are met. This role can be located anywhere in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Achievement of sales revenue targets
  • Responsible for prospecting, opportunity pipeline management and forecasting
  • Identification of opportunities for application of Intraplex products outside of core broadcast market.
  • Management of Partner Network
    • Cultivate, train, manage contracts for and re-energize Channel Partners for Intraplex Products to increase sales
    • Support and help Dealer/Channel Network close/increase sales with technical knowledge and go to market strategies.
  • Management of major customer sales
    • In concert with RSM.DSM direct sales, cultivation and maintenance of key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and owning responsibility for the resolution and coordination of all sales and technical issues
    • Support RSM/DSM direct sales with technical knowledge & configuration help to increase sales
  • Perform Sales & Technical Presentations for customer events, national & regional trade shows
  • Provide feedback to product line & engineering for new product development
  • Domestic and some International travel required


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of IP audio transport products, preferably GatesAir products.
  • Minimum of 5 years broadcast industry experience coupled with a proven track record in a solution-based sales environment.
  • Experience with international dealer networks would be valuable.
  • Basic technical knowledge of broadcast systems in order to converse competently with customers.
  • CRM user experience required; preferably with Salesforce.
  • A flexible, committed and professional business approach is expected at all times. 
  • Excellent numeric and presentation skills are critical.
