    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    GatesAir is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager for our Transmission team; located in Florida or the SE US territory (FL, GA, NC, SC, AL, LA, MS). This person must demonstrate competent knowledge of business activity within the territory and develop strategic plans to ensure that sales goals are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

    • Achievement of sales revenue targets
    • Management of major customer sales
    • Cultivation and maintenance of key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and owning responsibility for the resolution and coordination of all sales and technical issues
    • Support RSM/DSM direct sales with technical knowledge & configuration help to increase sales
    • Support and help Dealer/Channel Network close/increase sales with technical knowledge and go to market strategies.
    • Perform Sales & Technical Presentations for customer events, national & regional trade shows
    • Provide Feedback and work with Service Organization
    • Provide feedback to product line & engineering for new product development




    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years Broadcast industry experience coupled with a proven track record in a solution-based sales environment.
    • Must have knowledge of Transmission products, preferably GatesAir products.
    • Basic technical knowledge of broadcast systems in order to converse competently with customers.
    • A flexible, committed and professional business approach is expected at all times. 
    • Available for frequent Travel
    • Excellent numeric and presentation skills are critical.
