Specific duties include but are not limited to

GatesAir seeks a skilled Transmission Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The RSM will manage the relationships with customers & partners, drive sales activities by leveraging resources to maximize GatesAir revenue and gross profit while ensuring customer satisfaction within a defined set of geographies within the EMEA region.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Attain growth of order income and revenue as set by the business
  • Manage relationship at management and operational levels with clients and partners
  • Understand customer needs / expectations and decision-making process and effectively map out the political and organizational structures within given clients
  • Aggressively target clients where GatesAir does not hold the incumbent position
  • Identify, qualify and close key projects both within current and non-current clients
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development EMEA and GatesAir marketing to devise key digital marketing campaigns
  • Build accurate pipeline to manage priorities and provide forecast
  • Define account plans and execute them through effective planning of resources
  • Present proposals, manage negotiations and close sales
  • Gain strategic information about clients and the industry to help anticipate market trends.
  • Participation in trade shows, client conferences, industry events, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven track record of identifying and qualifying projects, creating and executing account plans, negotiating and closing sales in long and complex sales cycles within EMEA
  • Track record of building relationships with clients at all levels, inspiring trust and credibility
  • Good understanding and experience of the Broadcast market.
  • Self motivated, result driven
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent story teller
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Show creativity and input to projects
  • Regional languages are advantageous
  • Capability to work in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment.
  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout the region - up to 50%.
